Fruit and vegetables help brighten eyes

Antioxidants, anti -inflammatory, vitamins in ginkgo, blueberries, mulberry, chrysanthemum help protect the eyes, help the eyes slow aging, see more clearly.

Doctor Tran Thi Tra Phuong, Department of Secrifer Nutrition, Tam Anh General Hospital in Hanoi, said that combining some vegetables and herbs into the diet can improve eye problems.

Blueberry extract is also beneficial for retinal nerve cells, preventing the formation of new blood vessels – the process related to retinal diseases such as macular degeneration of gold spots and diabetes retinopathy.

Chrysanthemum tea Used to enhance vision, treat eye diseases such as blurred vision and dry eyes, reduce eye fatigue, beneficial for people spending hours in front of the screen. Chrysanthemum has anti -inflammatory properties that help reduce redness, swelling, and discomfort in the eyes.

According to Dr. Tra Phuong, eye problems develop slowly, so people may not notice symptoms until the disease is serious. Everyone should have regular eye exams.
