As part of the efforts to improve the terms of employment workers – physiotherapists, dietitians, occupational therapists and communication clinical – a breakthrough agreement has now been signed between the Histadrut, the Ministry of Finance, and the rule, which guarantees perseverance grants, a raise in retaliation, encouraging excellence and providing training.
The agreement, which is also intended to increase the availability of therapists and improve the service to patients, is in line with about 8,000 facts and employees who are an important part of the health system, especially at a time when the requirement for rehabilitation caregivers increased significantly
The Histadrut and the Ministry of Finance together with Clalit Health Services and the Ministry of Health signed a new wage agreement for public sector health workers and employees, including physiotherapists, dietitians, occupational therapists and communications clinical. The new agreement is designed to significantly improve the terms of employment of health professions with the aim of preserving quality workers, encouraging activity expansion and attract new public service employees, with the aim of expanding the availability of therapists, shortening queues and improving the service to patients. These are about 8,000 employees who are an essential and irrevocable part of the Israeli health system, especially in light of their contribution in the restoration of many soldiers and wounded in the last war. This salary agreement joins previous agreements signed for health professions, including a unique agreement from 2021 and the Kibbutz General Agreement from 2023.
The main of the new agreement:
* Conservation grants and two -year absorption of up to ten thousand shekels.
* Deputy Grants that can reach up to NIS 22,000 a year.
* Increasing premium ceilings for outputs.
* A unique agreement for continuing units in general community for physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
* It was agreed to allocate a cost frame in favor of increasing clinical instructors training rates.
* An agreement regarding training and percentage in accordance with the professional seniority.
