If walking or operating a lot can add electrolyte water to compensate for quickly.

Control body temperature
Travelers feel uncomfortable or headache should find a cool place, rest and soothe body heat by placing a cold towel on the forehead, neck or drinking a cup of cool water. Bathing with warm warm water is also a way to help blood vessels expand, reduce headaches.
Reasonable schedule
Travelers need to plan to move and rest properly. Avoid visiting or participating in too many activities in a day. Prioritize the time for the body to rest alternating between the trip to avoid losing energy or increasing the body temperature suddenly. When signs of mild headache, stop resting.
Each person can carry non -prescription painkillers, used according to the doctor’s advice. Supplementing natural essences such as Blueberry (blueberries) and Biloba Ginkgo (ginkgo) supports blood enhancement to the brain, improving headaches. Dr. Khanh recommends that people go away with a headache and do not improve after resting the nearest medical facility to check. Prolonged headache, especially when accompanied by symptoms such as dizziness, vomiting, unconsciousness may be a sign of serious pathology related to heat, need to be treated properly.
