White porridge is also a dish that is easy to prepare, easy to eat and easy to absorb, very suitable for people with hangovers. In addition, rice also contains carbon, which has the ability to absorb alcohol in wine.

You can also cure hangovers with pennywort, by using 100g of fresh pennywort, two lemons, and 1g of salt. Wash fresh pennywort, pound it, squeeze out the juice, squeeze lemon juice, mix well and add salt, drink 150-300 ml each time.

To limit the purchase of industrial alcohol, people should not buy unlabeled alcohol of unknown origin floating on the market.
