The results of a CT scan examining the cerebral vessels showed images of subarachnoid bleeding, dilated ventricles and an aneurysm in the artery. He has had high blood pressure for two years but does not take daily maintenance medication, has a history of headaches, and has not had his blood vessels checked.

Doctors diagnosed the patient with meningeal hemorrhage due to rupture of an anterior communicating aneurysm on a background of hypertension and treated the aneurysm. After 3 days of surgery, the patient recovered well, called for information, and moved his arms and legs almost normally.

According to Mr. Minh, not maintaining daily blood pressure medication causes blood pressure to increase, which is the cause of stroke in patients.
