To form the habit of waking up early, set your alarm 15 minutes earlier each day for a week, gradually setting it to the time you want to reach. Turn off electronic devices 2-3 hours before going to bed. Avoid eating a lot or consuming spicy foods late at night because they can easily cause heartburn and indigestion, which does not help you sleep well.
