10 foods to help relieve headaches when traveling

Watermelon, sweet potatoes, and salmon are rich in magnesium, healthy fats, and have anti-inflammatory properties that can reduce headaches caused by dehydration, allergies, chronic diseases, etc. when going out.

To limit headaches while traveling, Dr. Tung recommends getting enough rest, not staying up late, and avoiding long parties and entertainment. Supplementing with blueberry and ginkgo biloba extracts can improve blood flow to the brain, reducing headaches and insomnia.
