Salted coffee consists of coffee, salt, cream and condensed milk. Each person has a different recipe, different preferences for salty or sweet drinks. However, you should consider your health condition to choose safe use.

The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends that each person should not consume more than 5 grams of salt per day from drinks as well as all spices and dishes.

If each cup of coffee has 1/2 teaspoon, about 2.5 grams of salt, then you should only drink one cup per day. If you add a whole teaspoon of salt, or 5 grams of salt, then you should not drink it. Drinking salted coffee with more salt than the recommended daily amount can lead to excess salt, increasing the risk of cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, and stomach cancer. Therefore, you should ask to reduce or mix the appropriate amount of salt when drinking to protect your health.

People with cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, liver and kidney disease should not drink salty coffee. This group needs to eat a low-salt diet below the recommended daily salt intake. In addition, salty coffee also contains cream and condensed milk, which are not good for obese and overweight people.
