Saturated fat including fast food, desserts, full-fat milk, animal fat… Fat in this food group can cause arterial blockage, high blood pressure, leading to stroke recurrence.

Sodium found in many canned foods, fast foods, processed foods… are factors that easily increase blood pressure.
