Bjelica: Dinamo is the only club in Croatia where I can be. And I would like to return to the Bundesliga

Nenad Bjelica in the dramatic outcome of the results, he returned to Dinamoand after his return, the “blues” beat Lokomotiva (5-1) and played a draw (2-2) against Monaco. After winning a point in the Champions League, the coach of the Croatian champion gave an interview to Germany’s Sport1, which was interested in his return to Croatia after leaving Union Berlin.

Bjelica admitted that he feels like he has returned home and that Dinamo is the only club in Croatia where he can be.

– I am in a great club, the biggest in Croatia. It’s like I’m coming home because I’ve been here more. worked for two years. I didn’t expect to return, but Dinamo is the only club in Croatia where I can imagine myself. Jakirovć did a great job, had a bad game against Rijeka, lost to Hajduk in Maksimir and 9-2 to Bayern in Munich. Then everything happened quite quickly, he was replaced and I came. In football you never know what will happen, it’s crazy. Bayern was negative for me because of the incident with Sane, now it’s positive for me because it somehow brought me back to Dinamo. That’s life.

Bjelica is satisfied with his mandate in the Union and pointed out that he fulfilled his primary goal, staying in the Bundesliga.

– Union was the most difficult job of my career. I achieved my main goal and stayed in the league, which was not easy at all. I am very happy that the club is still in the Bundesliga because of the fans, who were incredible. I am grateful that I had the opportunity there, I was very comfortable at Union – said Bjelica, then commented on the option of returning to the Bundesliga…

– I would like to return to the Bundesliga one day. Maybe one day I will be the coach of Bayern. I have to accept the situation and learn from the mistake with Sane – concluded Bjelica.
