Hartberg celebrates the third win in a row with neo-coach Schmid

Manfred Schmid and TSV Hartberg, the two right people have apparently found each other. Since the Viennese has been sitting on the bench for the Styrians, the club has been racking up one win after another. The deserved 3:2 at WAC was the third complete success in the third game under Schmid. Hartberg catapulted himself into the top six in the table.

Mijic gave the Styrians an early lead (9th). As was the case recently in the home defeat against WSG Tirol (1:3), the Wolfsbergers remained harmless and woke up far too late. Two goals after the break were not enough for the Kühbauer team because Kainz (56th) and Wilfinger (71st) scored for Hartberger.

WSG Tirol ended a long negative streak at the Tivoli on Saturday: Taferner scored their first goal in a home game since April (83′) with a free kick from a tight angle. It was still only enough for the home team to draw against Blau-Weiß Linz because WSG defense chief Lawrence had already scored an own goal before the break (29th).
