MotoGP Japan, Bagnaia triumphs today and reopens the World Championship

Pecco Bagnaia triumphs in the Japanese GP and completely reopens the MotoGP World Championship with 4 races left until the end of the season. The Ducati rider, reigning world champion, won in Motegi today 6 October, finishing in 42’09”790 and ahead of the Pramac of Spaniard Jorge Martin, world leader.

Third place for the Spaniard Marc Marquez, riding the Ducati Gresini. At the foot of the podium Enea Bastianini, fourth ahead of Franco Morbidelli.

Bagnaia, after the victory in the Sprint on Saturday, completes the perfect weekend and rises to 382 points in the general classification, placing himself just 10 points behind Martin’s first place. Bastianini, third with 313 points, is followed closely by Marquez, fourth with 311.
