Dorival accumulates a high number of cuts in call-ups in the Brazilian team

The technician Dorival Junior lives with a routine of cuts due to injury in the Brazilian team. Dorival dealt with cuts in all of the national team’s call-ups.

The coach thinks of a list and ends up making substitutions. Brazil has had 15 cuts in Dorival Júnior’s four lists so far. On this date FIFA already has five casualties.

Goalkeeper Alisson, defenders Bremer and Éder Militão, left-back Guilherme Arana and striker Vini Jr are out due to injury. Weverton, Fabricio Bruno, Beraldo, Alex Telles and Andreas Pereira were the substitutes.

Alisson, Militão, Arana and Vini would start against Chile and Peru, in the Qualifiers. Dorival now hopes he doesn’t have any other problems.

The likely lineup is: Ederson, Danilo, Marquinhos, Gabriel Magalhães and Alex Telles (Abner Vinicius); André (Bruno Guimarães), Lucas Paquetá and Raphinha; Savinho, Rodrygo and Endrick.

The other cuts

In the first squad, Dorival lost Ederson, Marquinhos, Gabriel Magalhães, Casemiro and Gabriel Martinelli to face England and Spain in friendlies. Léo Jardim, Fabrício Bruno, Bremer, Pepê and Galeno were the substitutes.

For the Copa América, the problem was smaller. Dorival lost Éderson and called Rafael.

In the last round of qualifiers, the team was without Militão, Yan Couto, Savinho and Pedro. William, Lucas Moura and João Pedro filled in the gaps. Militão had no replacement.
