Can x Ankalaev happen?

Ankalaev is second in the light heavyweight rankings and has been using social media to promise that he will knock out Pereira when he gets the chance.

If the Austrian wins, Dana White has already promised that Magomed will finally have the chance to challenge Poatan’s belt.

But the Brazilian, in turn, has already made it more than clear his desire to move up to heavyweight and fight for the belt in a third, different category. Despite this, Poatan also stated that he is interested in facing Ankalaev in the octagon to show that he also has a ground game.
