HIFK brought down Jukurit – Jori Lehterä rose to the top of the stock market

Helsinki IFK broke their four-match home losing streak when they knocked out league jumbo Jukurit in Wednesday’s round.

Back from early retirement back between the posts Niko Hovinen was again at the top. Hovinen, who blanked SaiPa in his return match on Saturday, kept his team upright, especially in the first half of the match. Hovinen’s save percentage after two matches is a tough 97.67.

HIFK’s game was far from convincing (Jukurit took the expected goal 3.22-2.48), but the first fist took the home team’s back.
