Anna Tamminen kept a clean sheet in the Champions League

Football Finnish players who reached the group stage of the women’s Champions League for the first time Anna Tamminen and by Eva Nyström represented by Hammarby had a great start to his journey in the top competition. In the opening game of the group stage, the Swedish club defeated Austrian St. Pölten 2–0 at home on Wednesday.

The other opponents in Hammarby’s first group are the continent’s elite. Spain’s Barcelona are the reigning champions of the Champions League and have won the competition three times in the last four seasons. City was second in the English WSL last season. Hammarby will face Barcelona away next week.
