Long tennis career: The youngest professional to win an ATP match retires

The 38-year-old Frenchman Richard Gasquet will end his 24-year career at the French Open next year.

The former world number seven, who is now ranked 133rd, reached the semi-finals of a Grand Slam tournament three times. He won 16 titles, the first in Nottingham in 2005 and the last in Auckland in 2023.
