Sinner beats Alcaraz and wins the Six Kings Slam

Jannik Sinner won the Six Kings Slam, the rich performance on the hard courts in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia). In the final the South Tyrolean, number one in the ATP ranking, beat the Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz in three sets, with a score of 6-7, 6-3, 6-3. Novak Djokovic, for his part, finishes in third place. In the ‘bronze’ final, the Serbian champion defeated the Spaniard Rafael Nadal with a score of 6-2 7-6(5).

“My rivalry with Alcaraz is a mix of everything. We try to push ourselves to the limit”, said Jannik Sinner during the awards ceremony of the Six Kings Slam which he won by beating the Spaniard for the first time in 2024, and taking home 6 million dollars. “I’m happy with this victory, to have offered you all a good show. This is tennis, even if sometimes it can be long – added Sinner – Alcaraz and I understand each other well, we get along well. We are good friends, We try to have fun every time we play against each other. So far our matches have always been good, let’s hope to continue like this.”
