A new “Titi” in the professional group. Having gone up to train with the flag team on Thursday morning under the snow at the Campus, Axel Tape (17 years old) will experience preparation for a Ligue 1 match for the first time.
The young central defender is in fact in the group selected by Luis Enrique for the reception in Toulouse, this Friday at 9 p.m. at the Parc des Princes. Also capable of playing in midfield, his training position, the young Bondynois takes advantage of the many absences in the defensive sector to find a place in the big leagues. Not yet professional, he is rewarded for his good start to the season with the Espoirs and U19 groups.
Facing the Violets, PSG will appear without their suspended captain Marquinhos, which should benefit Skriniar. Affected in the ankle with Portugal at the start of the week, Nuno Mendes is also out, as are Lucas Hernandez and Presnel Kimpembe who are in the recovery phase after a long injury. Naoufel El Hannach is still in the selection.
Senny Mayulu is out for the next two weeks with a right calf injury as Gonçalo Ramos edges closer to a return. The center forward, injured since the first day in Le Havre, has just returned to collective sessions. He is therefore not present against Toulouse.
The Parisians will be able, at least, to count on the presence of Ousmane Dembélé up front who has recovered from his hamstring pain. In total, Luis Enrique called up 20 players including three goalkeepers.
