McLaren, Ferrari and Red Bull… Three teams for one throne. If the drivers’ championship is already decided with the coronation of Max Verstappen, the title of Formula 1 constructors’ world champion is still far from being decided. The three leading teams are separated by 53 points with two Grand Prix still to play, and a penultimate meeting in a decisive sprint format at Lusail (Qatar) this weekend.
With his fourth consecutive crown, “Super Max” is alone for the moment in his Red Bull to try to retain the title for his team, but everything is still playable from third place. In front, McLaren, at the top in the second part of the season, experienced a complicated final sprint and saw the Scuderia of Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz return in its rearview mirrors, with only 24 units.

Further down the standings, despite a double in Vegas, Mercedes can no longer hope for anything apart from a fourth place, just like Aston Martin, solid fifth. On the other hand, the fight promises to be fierce for sixth between Racing Bulls, Alpine and Haas who are held within four small points.
The start of the Qatar Grand Prix is scheduled for this Sunday, December 1 in Lusail at 5 p.m. French time. The race will be followed live on Canal +. The summary and analyzes will obviously be read on the Le Parisien website. https://www.leparisien.fr/sports/formule-1/
