West Ham striker Michail Antonio was involved in a serious road accident in which his Ferrari went off the road and was semi-destroyed: the English media reported it, explaining that the 34-year-old English player, a naturalized Jamaican, was hospitalized in hospital and his condition is unknown.
The London club confirmed the incident in a note on social media: “At this moment the thoughts and prayers of the entire Club are with Michail, his family and his friends. The club will publish an update in due course.”
Antonio, who with 68 goals in the Premier League is the Hammers’ all-time top scorer, has been at West Ham since 2015. At Christmas 2019 he had already been involved in a car accident when, dressed as a snowman, he crashed his Lamborghini Huracan against a shed near his villa in south London.
