Juha Jääskä, 26, was invited to the NHL

The first NHL game could be coming soon.

Carolina Hurricanes called Juha Jääskän26, from his farm team to the NHL lineup.

Jääskä has been in a good mood in the AHL team Chicago Wolves. He collected only two power points in the first ten games of the season, but after that in 15 games Jääskä scored 14 (6+8) points.

Jääskä unexpectedly signed an NHL contract with the Hurricanes last spring. He played 57 regular season matches in HIFK last season and scored 30 (10+20) points. Jääskä represented Leijon in the spring WC tournament.

Jääskä has never been reserved for the NHL.

Trusted the winger, known as a workhorse, will likely sneak into the Hurricanes’ back four if he makes it into the playing lineup. The Hurricanes will face the Florida Panthers on the night between Thursday and Friday Finnish time. Jääskä’s playing is still uncertain.
