Premier League: Alexander Isak struck again

Erling Haaland scored twice in Manchester City’s win. Chelsea still didn’t win.

Newcastlen Swedish striker Alexander Isak is on a seven-match scoring streak in the English Premier League. In total, he has hit nine hits during his streak.

On Saturday, Isak completed Newcastle’s second goal as the team celebrated a 2-1 away win over Tottenham. The hit was the Swede’s 13th of the league season. Only Liverpool have netted more goals than him in the Premier League this season Mohamed Salah and Manchester City Erling Haaland.

Newcastle are in strong form as they have won all competitions including their last six games. In the Premier League, the team’s winning streak is five matches, and the goal difference in those matches is 15–1. Eddie Howen coached by Newcastle is fifth in the league table.

Tottenham’s course is completely opposite to Newcastle’s. The London team has won only one of their last eight league games.

Ange Postecogloun the team coached is in 12th place.

Yet a long time ago, Manchester City, who were struggling, got their second win in a row, when they defeated the visiting team West Ham with a score of 4–1.

City’s Norwegian star Erling Haaland finished twice and increased his number of goals in the league season to 16. He is one hit away from Mohamed Salah.

Chelsea’s good mood has turned to decline. On Saturday, the team ended up with a 1-1 away result against Crystal Palace in the local match in London.

Chelsea have gone without a win in their four most recent league games and have at the same time gone from second place to fourth in the series.
