Before the race, Finnish rally fans could wait for Rovanperä, who returned to a permanent race driver, immediately hit the bone throat. Lapland reminds us that it is not quite so simple.

At the same time, Lapland reminds us that Rovanperä gets a good starting point for the Swedish World Rally with his fourth place.

“Now Kale doesn’t have to go the first car to plow the way. It always plays a difficult role in Sweden. ”

Hyundaille Adrien Fourmaux, who moved this season, started sharply in his new stable and drove third. A 29-year-old Frenchman drove M-Sport on Fords for five seasons before leaping to the Korean camp.

Fourmaux was used to seeing the scoring at the tail end in the early stages of his WRC career. Last season, however, he was a steady Ford ace and rose five times in the prize podium in a confident time.

According to Lapland, Fourmaux came up in a special way over the weekend.

“Fourmaux drove an extremely hard weekend. His driving was the hardest performance throughout the weekend. No big mistakes, and nowhere to be big schedules, ”Lapland praised.

“Fourmaux drove Ford really well last season and earned a place for Hyundai. He succeeded in attaching his skills and is now driving with a more competitive fleet. ”

MM-Rally The second competition will be held in Sweden 13-16. February.

Before that, Rovanperä is looking for a feel for the snowstorm at the fell rally next week.
