The delay was created by the fact that the players’ players came out of the cabin too late and thus the equipment control and the subsequent entry were delayed. “In favor of the club, the DFB control committee in the summary procedure is based on a delay of just under two minutes to be attributed to FC Bayern Munich,” said the inspection committee, which the sports court followed.
According to a table, there is a penalty of 15,000 euros in the event of a delay of 30 to 120 seconds after two warnings in the third violation – which in this case was available. A maximum of 80,000 euros in the 1st league could even be due: if the eighth violation is a delay of more than 120 seconds.
