The Public Prosecution Service of Paraná (MP-PR) calls for the suspension of organized fans of Athletico, Coritiba e Paraná Clube for a minimum period of one year of the stadiums.
The agency announced, on Friday (15), that it filed a public civil action requiring the removal of three organized groups. In addition, he managed in a previous action regarding a fourth crowd, with the same request.
The fans cited are the fanatics, the clowns, independent fury and the alviverde empire. According to the MP, the initiative was taken from new recent events of violence involving members of these organizations, both inside and outside the stadiums, especially after matches of the Paraná Championship.
In the case of the Coxa fans, which had already been suspended a year, the agency calls for extension for at least another year of the ban, also due to participation in fights of fights.
“The action was proposed due to the fights that took place this January 2025, in Curitiba, involving fans of Fanatics and Fury. And the Empire and Clowns. Regarding the Empire, fans of Coritiba, there was already a public civil action Proposed in 2023. In this case, the prosecutor only requested the extension for another year, “said Prosecutor Maximiliano Ribeiro Deliberator.
In addition to the ban, under penalty of R $ 100,000, fans linked to Athletico and Paraná Clube should provide the full list of their members (which has already been done by the Alviverde Empire due to the previous action that prohibited their presence in Stadiums until last month), explains the MP.
