The Spanish midfielder of Real Madrid Dani Ceballos suffers an injury in the semi -man -muscle with affectation of the left leg tendon, so he will face a long period of leave, losing at least the next three games of LaLiga and the qualifier of the round of 16 of the Champions League against Atlético de Madrid, according to a statement.
“After the tests carried out today to our player Dani Ceballos for the medical services of Real Madrid, an injury in the semi -manufacturer muscle has been diagnosed with the affectation of the tendon of the left leg,” the white club said on its website.
Although Real Madrid advanced that his return is “pending evolution”, the one of Utrera could be low, losing, at least, Laliga’s meetings against Real Betis, this Saturday at Benito Villamarín, Rayo Vallecano, at home, and Villarreal, as a visitor, in addition to the imminent elimination of the round of Champions in front of Atlétic Santiago Bernabéu.
The midfielder suffered a blow with Take Kubo in the last minutes of the Semifinal Ida Meeting of the Copa del Rey against Real Sociedad at Reale Arena. Ceballos came out in tears and without the possibility of being replaced, since the Madrid club coach, Carlo Ancelotti, had exhausted the five changes.
The Italian coach loses the player who until now had taken the rudder of the Madrid game, and will have to find a solution that points to the Croatian Luka Modric, who will increase his presence in the titular lineups, while the rest of the midfielders – Aurélien Tchouameni, Eduardo Camavinga and Fede Valverde – are also healthy.

Ceballos was already a fixed for Ancelotti, and accumulated at this point a total of 31 participations -16 titles-, but an injury forces him to stop at a key moment of the season. “Football is like that, it is not always easy, much less fair. So it is time to face it with strength, wanting to fight and with the certainty that I will return even stronger,” he said.
