Real Madrid confirms the march of Base Dennis Smith Jr.

The American base Dennis Smith Jr. leaves Real Madrid from basketball a month and a half after his signing and after having played only 35 minutes with the white shirt, the Madrid club has confirmed this Friday.

“Real Madrid CF and Dennis Smith Jr. have agreed to end their relationship with our club. Real Madrid wishes him good luck in this new stage of his life,” said the white entity.

In this way, Smith leaves Real Madrid after playing only 35 minutes as a Madrid player in which he managed to score 11 points. The Madrid coach, Chus Mateo, confirmed before the Euroleague classic that the American would not continue in the team.

“We are 14, we are the ones who are and are enough to face this final stretch. Dennis arrived at a time not easy for us, there was little left for the Cup. He had to make an effort to get fit when he had been stopped for a long time and has not had the adaptation that he would have liked, nor has he adapted to our way of doing our way of making basketball,” Mateo said.
