SM League: Jarmo Kekäläinen at the request of HIFK, TPS, Jokers and Tappara to find out the series system

In the SM league Playing HIFK, TPS and Tappara and Mestis’ top club Jokers have been washed Jarmo Kekäläinen for serial system work.

The big clubs want Kekäläinen to find out what kind of serial system would serve the best Finnish top hockey.

The four key areas of the ordering club ordering work are to secure the operating conditions, to work, the functional player path, entertainment and responsibility.

“At close range, I have experience in series of many different countries – good and bad. I will interview a large number of people and present my own view of how core product or hockey can be developed and managed in the new series system. The study will be completed during May and we will openly inform about its results, ”Kekäläinen says in the release.

According to clubs, a strong economy is a central part of the equation and Kekäläinen is hoped to find a model that is durable for all clubs.

Kekäläinen Served as advisor to the Finnish men’s hockey team in a recent four -country tournament. He is best remembered as CEO of Columbus Blue Jackets. Kekäläinen was in Pest 2013-24.

In Finland, Kekäläinen built a championship team for HIFK in 1998 and later served as a Joker camper.
