England, Poland and Bosnia remain undefeated on the way to the World Cup

The England selection has thrashed Latvia (3-0) on Tuesday to establish in the leadership of the K group of the classification phase for the 2026 World Cup, on a second day in which Poland and Bosnia-Herzegovina also remain undefeated after overcoming Malta (2-0) already Cyprus (2-1), respectively.

In Wembley, those of Thomas Tuchel, with Madrid player Jude Bellingham in the initial eleven, managed to open the can against the Baltic team in the 38th minute with a shot to the squad of the Chelsea Defense Reece James.

In 68, Declan Rice attended Harry Kane to score in the second, and Eberrechi Eze, in 75, closed the score. In this way, England heads the K group with six points, three more than Albania, which signed its first triumph of the phase against the Andorra Colista (3-0) with a double of King Manaj.

In Group G, Poland settled at the top by beating Malta (2-0) with a double of Karol Swiderski (min.27 and 51), in a match in which FC striker Barcelona Robert Lewandowski jumped into the field in the 66th minute. With six units, commander with two rent on Finland, which tied in Lithuania (2-2).

Finally, Bosnia-Herzegovina defeated Cyprus (2-1) to lead the H Group, where Romania, second to three points, thrashed San Marino (1-5).
