Ice hockey – polar bears in the semi -finals

The Eisbären Berlin are again in the semi -finals of the German ice hockey league. The master won the fifth quarter-final game against the Straubing Tigers 4: 1 (1: 0, 1: 0, 2: 1) and thus the best-of-Seven series with 4: 1 victories.

The Canadian Ty Ronning scored three goals. In front of 12122 spectators in Berlin, the polar bear managed the lead goal by Ronning, Gabriel Fontaine increased in the second third in the sixth minute. Mario Zimmermann was successful for the Straubinger before Ronning was successful again 41 seconds later and then scored the final goal. It is still open to whom the Berliners meet in the semi -finals.
