Kickboxing: his opponent does not make the weight, the fight for the world title of Alexis Nicolas without stake

It was the fight of a life. On the night of Friday to Saturday, from April 4 to 5, in Bangkok the Parisian Kickboxeur Alexis Nicolas faces the one who is considered the best fighter in the history of this sport, kickboxing, a devilishly spectacular fist boxes.

His opponent is called Regian Eersel, he is Dutch, from Suriname. He has a nickname: “The Immortal”, as he dominates his sport. “He is a legend of all combat sports united and we consider him the best kick-boxer in history,” confesses the French of the 20th arrondissement of Paris. The two men know each other well: Ersel has lost only one fight in his career. It was a year ago today: in Bangkok, Nicolas had come to delight his world belt in the -77 kg category in the most prestigious league in the world, the very popular “one championship” in Southeast Asia. Unknown in France, Alexis “Barboza” Nicolas is there a star there.

 

The two men met in October and this time, Ersel took over the belt. The beautiful was programmed still in the Thai capital, at dawn in France (4 hours live on RMC). The fight is maintained. But he no longer has any stake.

There is no more global belt at stake
