Masters 1000 of Monte-Carlo 2025: The draw for the painting with son, Djokovic, Monfils and Gasquet

In tennis, April rhymes with back to clay and the inevitable Masters 1000 of Monte-Carlo. Before the start of the tournament (Sunday) the table was unveiled this Friday. The French Giovanni Mpeshi Perricard, Alexandre Müller, Ugo Humbert, Gaël Monfils, Richard Gasquet and Arthur son almost all know what awaits them in the first round.

The best tricolor player in the world ranking, Arthur son (15th), will face the Dutch Talon Griekspoor (37th). He could find the seeded number 7 Andrey Rublev in the third round. Guest at the tournament, Richard Gasquet (148th) will challenge Fabio Fognini (99th). For Ugo Humbert (20th), it will be a question of defeating Alexei Popyrin (28th), while Giovanni Mpeshi Perricard (31st) fell on Jordan Thompson (35th).

Gaël Monfils (42nd) and Alexandre Müller (41st), for their part, will face a player from qualifications. Directly qualified for the second round, Carlos Alcaraz (3rd), Alexander Zverev (2nd) and Novak Djokovic (5th) launch their season on Earth with Roland-Garros (from May 25 to June 8) in sight, of course.
