Lando Norris (McLaren) wins the Mexican Grand Prix twentieth round of the 2025 F1 World Championship. Race dominated by the British driver, who takes charge and top of the world rankings riders overtaking Oscar Piastri (McLaren), fifth at the finish line.
According to a great Charles Leclerc (Ferrari) ahead of Max Verstappen’s Red Bull. At the foot of the podium was the surprise of the day Oliver Bearman (Haas). Lewis Hamilton, penalized 10 seconds for cutting a corner in the opening laps, finished eighth.
Norris: “Focused on the track, linear race”
“I tried to be focused on the activity on the track. I had a linear race from the first lap. The start here is very tough and I managed to manage it well by remaining relaxed and calm. It was the most important thing to do today”, commented Norris to the F1 microphones. “I’m happy to have achieved my first victory in Mexico. We have to take one weekend at a time, I’m focused on myself and working with my head down. I want to continue like this,” adds Norris.
