The Spanish women’s soccer team was proclaimed champion of the UEFA Nations League, for the second consecutive edition, after beating Germany (3-0) this Tuesday in the second leg of the final held at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium in Madrid.
After 0-0 last Friday at the Fritz-Walter Stadion in Kaiserlautern, Spain defended its throne as the sole champion of the tournament. Two editions and two continental titles for the world champion, a Spanish team that struck down the Germans with great goals in the second half: a double from Claudia Pina and the same score from the young Vicky López.
