On the rise in Europe, Coritiba’s offspring becomes a millionaire target for Brasileirão clubs

Revealed by Coritiba, the steering wheel Victor Carvalho became a target for Atlético-MG and Grêmio for the new season of Brazilian football. The 28-year-old player currently plays for Braga, from Portugal. The information is from the portal Itatiaia.

Carvalho is in his third season for the Portuguese team and has good numbers. In total, he has made 96 appearances for the club, scored five goals and provided two assists. In the current season, he has 16 games and has been alternating between the starting line-up and the bench.

Braga asks for 6 million euros (R$38.7 million) to sell the player’s economic rights. To date, however, neither Galo nor Tricolor Gaúcho have presented official proposals. Vitor Carvalho has a contract with the Portuguese club until June 2028, but would like to return to Brazilian football.

According to information from the European press, Carvalho also received a survey from Torino, in Italy. Braga would be willing to release the player if an official proposal reaches the desired values.

The midfielder debuted in Coritiba’s professional team in 2016, but established himself in the starting team in the following seasons: between 2018 and 2019, he made 66 appearances with the white shirt, scored one goal and provided two assists.

In 2020, the player ended up on loan to Gil Vicente, also from Portugal and, after two seasons, he ended up being permanently bought by the team from the Old Continent.
