“For this reason, as a first step, all tickets for the south curve will be canceled and the club will refund the entry price to the respective buyers.” In the standing area of ​​the south curve, which includes blocks 109 to 117, there is free choice of blocks. The “first come, first serve” principle applies there: whoever arrives first gets a place until the block capacity is reached.

According to CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen, the Munich-based company had also sought an exchange with the Ultras in advance of the decision.
