Great first half for Como who, after a quarter of an hour, were already 2-0 thanks to a goal in the 8th minute by Douvikas who took an assist from Da Cunha and beat Paleari and in the 16th minute doubled the lead with Baturina with a right-footed shot to the near post which Paleari missed. Fabregas’ team, however, then wastes too much up front, with Vojvoda trying unsuccessfully to find the Eurogoal from the attacking midfield, then with Paleari avoiding Douvikas’ trio and in the 39th minute with Jesus Rodriguez who wastes another great opportunity in the center of the area. Which doesn’t happen in the second half.

Torino shows up in the 54th minute with a beautiful lob from Ngonge that sees Butez out of the posts, but the ball goes just over the crossbar. Then it’s another monologue from Como who finds the hat trick on the penalty kick converted by Da Cunha, awarded by the VAR due to a touch by Maripan with his arm. In the 66th minute the home team reduced the score with Baturina scoring the assist for Douvikas vertically and the Greek discarding Paleari and depositing the ball into the net to make it 4-0. Torino fails to react and Como sinks again. In the 70th minute Kuhn, who had just entered, beats Paleari again with his left foot from the edge. But it’s not over. In the 76th minute it was Caqueret’s turn who beat Paleari from the edge with his right foot for the 6-0. In the 79th minute Baroni’s team tried to make the defeat less bitter but Butez opposed Zapata, who had recently come on, even though he was still offside.
