Czech confirms arrival of new number 10 shirt for Paraná Clube: “Practically closed”

Paraná Club is in the market looking for a new number 10 for the second division of the Paranaense Championship. According to the technician Czech, the midfielder is already negotiating, but the name cannot yet be revealed because the agreement is not completely closed.

Tcheco also highlights Tricolor’s difficulty in signing players and cites the competition with clubs in Series C and D of the Brazilian Championship, which have a bigger calendar and more visibility. Recently, the club tried to return midfielder Cristiano, who signed with Avaí in Series B.

To date, young Gabriel Pfeifer, trained at Vasco and Atlético-MG and who was at América-MG, is the only midfielder in the Paraná Clube squad. With the squad assembled practically from scratch, Paraná Clube has already announced the arrival of 20 players since the beginning of the pre-season, in the second half of January. The latest additions were strikers João Felipe, who assisted the winning goal against Paranavaí, and Samuel, on loan from Guarani.

In addition to João Felipe, goalkeeper Juliano Chade and striker Ueslei Brito made their debut in the last round of the Paranaense Championship. The only reinforcements who have not yet taken the field are strikers Samuel and Lucas Caniggia.
