“The potential to be world champions”: how the Blues consolidated their status as favorites at the World Cup

The cursor remains difficult to place. Talking about a triumph would be meaningless when the Blues have just won two friendly matches. But stopping at one success to qualify this American tour remains quite weak. It is between the two for a France team which did not remain in this state and instead rushed towards its status as favorite for the next World Cup (June 11-July 19), a stage where it coexists with Spain and Argentina, the title holder.
