Rome, at Palazzo Brancaccio the 9th edition of the Luciano Marta Award, Musumeci Greco among the winners

The protagonists of the 9th edition of the Luciano Marta Award, organized by the Noi Association, were awarded in Rome – in the historic rooms of Palazzo Brancaccio. Roberto Marta (President of the Noi Association) presented the awards to various personalities who stood out for their professional and social commitment in the fields of journalism, healthcare, institutions, entrepreneurship, social issues, culture and entertainment . “An exceptional event – commented Marta – which, personally, is a great satisfaction. Having reached the 9th edition, confirms how this award has consolidated over time and in the Roman territory”.

For the 9th edition of the Luciano Marta Award, the winners were Francesco Pionati (Director of the Radio Rai Newspaper and Rai Radio 1), Maurizio Longhi (President of BCC Roma), Andrea Onetti Muda (Scientific Director of the Bambino Gesù Pediatric Hospital), Luca Guadagnini (singer-songwriter ) and Renzo Musumeci Greco (arms master). For Pionati “it is an honor to receive the award, which confirms the commitment that Radio 1 is putting in place, in support of social policies with the “Come unonda” campaign against violence against women. This is our objective: to look at the social, to improve the lives of those who are worse off than us”.

“The BCC of Rome – said President Longhi – receives this award with great honor. In addition to being a good bank, we must also be a good cooperative. This means knowing how to pay attention and understand the needs of the community and the territories where we operate. The BCC model brings the bank closer to the person.” Onetti Muda wanted to specify that the awarding of the award “is not directly for me, but for the hospital I represent. Bambino Gesù has always been involved in national and international paediatrics for the care of small patients”. Commitment also confirmed by singer-songwriter Luca Guadagnini, who explained how his art “goes to finance the works of the Child Jesus, who tried to save the life of my daughter Aurora. Today I am here for her and it excites me”. Musumeci Greco declared: “Receiving this recognition is an honor, but also a career award, given that our family has been involved in fencing since the 19th century, being the longest-serving masters of arms in the world.”
