Jorge Martin has the MotoGP,Sprint to the Grand Prix of San Marino in Misano. The Spanish world championship leader extended his lead over his second-placed Ducati colleague on Saturday thanks to a dream start Francesco Bagnaia to 26 points, third was Franco Morbidelli another Ducati rider. Pedro Acosta finished sixth, just ahead of his KTM factory colleagues Brad Binder and Jack Miller,The main race takes place on Sunday (2 p.m./ServusTV, Sky).
Starting from fourth place in the short race over 13 laps, Martin braked his way into the lead in the first corner. Martin defended this lead to his fifth sprint victory of the current season. In the previous qualifying session, Bagnaia the pole position at the home race with a track record ahead of his two Italian compatriots Morbidelli and Marco Bezzecchi secured, all graduates of the Valentino Rossi Academy.
