The new law also applies to robot taxis: The culprit in the event of an accident is known, but so are the rules for others in traffic

Ve&ccaronji list writes that these should be the first provisions on the participation in road traffic of robot taxis.

– Since the current Law on Road Traffic Safety does not contain the conditions for the development of automated vehicle systems, nor does it prescribe the conditions under which these vehicles can participate in traffic, it is necessary to supplement it with new provisions that apply to these vehicles. will enable safe and unhindered participation in real road traffic conditions – explained the State Secretary of the MUP Irena PetrijevĨanin.
