Amazon revolution, the first color Kindle arrives

The latest generation Kindle promises high contrast, high resolution and high sharpness: the goal is to provide a color image or a black and white page as the best experience possible. “Zooming on images will not make them appear pixelated,” Amazon said in a statement. There are not only positive sides: the color display means slowing down processes and draining the battery more quickly. For this reason, Amazon claims to have made some hardware and software changes, such as using nitrate LEDs to improve color and brightness without fading images.
