Honor Magic7 Series, soon to be released, will include Autopilot AI for mobile phones

The technology brand Honor announced that its upcoming Magic7 Series will be powered by Qualcomm Technologies’ Snapdragon 8 Elite mobile platform. During Summit 2024, the Chinese firm revealed its plan to develop an ecosystem focused on artificial intelligence: it showed the features that will come to the Magic7 Series, including the first AI agent (AI Agent) on a device for an open ecosystem, the first real-time graphics rendering with NPU for mobile gaming.

The Honor Magic7 Series will introduce the first AI Agent on a device with an open ecosystem. With a simple text message or voice command, the AI ​​Agent can place orders on the user’s behalf. With your consent, the agent can learn from your habits to make intelligent decisions; For example, you can understand if the user prefers their coffee with coconut milk and place the order automatically.

You can also find and cancel unwanted subscriptions across different apps with a simple command, removing barriers between apps and services. The AI ​​Agent can assist in a wide range of tasks, such as travel planning, ticket booking, calendar scheduling, notification management, and file transfer between applications.

The next Magic7 Series smartphone will incorporate AI into the device for mobile gaming, powered by NPU computing for the first time. The new series will feature the industry’s first real-time AI graphics rendering for mobile gaming. This solution reduces the load on the GPU, resulting in lower temperatures and a better gaming experience with higher image quality. When it comes to photography, the Magic7 Series will introduce the first portrait powered by generative AI.

MagicRing boosting the Snapdragon ecosystem

MagicRing facilitates the AI ​​experience across multiple devices, enabling a secure and seamless flow of services and information between them. For example, using Windows on Snapdragon, Cocreator allows users to create detailed works of art from simple sketches. Thanks to MagicRing, users can easily access Cocreator on their MagicPad 2 and draw AI masterpieces with the Magic Pencil. Additionally, they can use the Magic V3 AI Eraser on the MagicBook Art 14, enjoying the convenience of mobile AI on all their devices.
