OnePlus has just launched OxygenOS 15, its new operating system that aims to make the user experience even more fluid and intuitive. To achieve this, the company focused on speed, artificial intelligence and design. OxygenOS 15 promises to be incredibly fast and responsive thanks to a new technology called “Parallel Processing”. This technology optimizes animations and transitions between apps, eliminating the annoying slowdowns that sometimes occur when switching between applications. Furthermore, OnePlus has managed to reduce the space occupied by the operating system, thus freeing up precious memory for apps and files.
Artificial intelligence is another key element of OxygenOS 15. You can now enhance photos with tools like AI Detail Boost, which increases the resolution of images, AI Unblur, which fixes blurry photos, and AI Reflection Eraser, which eliminates unwanted reflections. But AI isn’t limited to photos: the new Intelligent Search feature lets you search your device using natural language, while Circle & Search with Google lets you quickly find images or text on the screen by simply drawing a circle. And again, AI Notes offers automatic formatting and voice transcription features, while AI Reply generates automatic replies in messages. Finally, OxygenOS 15 integrates Google Gemini, a powerful AI assistant for productivity and creativity, which also allows you to interact via voice commands thanks to Gemini Live.
The design of OxygenOS 15 has also been revamped. The user interface has been made more intuitive and attractive with new animations, icons and customization options. Among the new features, the “Share with iPhone” function stands out, which simplifies the sharing of files between OnePlus devices and iPhone. Of course, OnePlus has not neglected security. OxygenOS 15 includes advanced features like Google Play Protect real-time threat detection and even more effective anti-theft protection mechanisms.
