vivo V40 SE, the new smartphone that aims to improve photographs with Aura Light and artificial intelligence

It is now available in Peru. The cell phone firm Vivo has launched its new device in our country vivo V40 SE which promises to improve the quality of photographs with its Aura Light function, which is much more than a flash, as it works with artificial intelligence (AI).

It’s as if you carry your ring of light everywhere you go. Therefore, it is a function that could well work for people who work with images as content creators or photography professionals.

In that sense, the device has a 32 MP portrait camera, an 8 MP 120º ultra-angle camera, and a 50 MP ultra-direction main night camera.

To this type of sensors, Aura Light is added which, supported by artificial intelligence, provides impressive fill light effects with 45 levels of color temperature. AI allows you to detect the scene and the type of light needed depending on the environment. It also allows you to use an AI eraser to remove unwanted elements that spoil the image.

But the team goes further. It has 80W fast charging, which can recharge up to 80% in just 30 minutes, with a 5000 mAh battery. On the other hand, vivo has thought of a way to improve performance for which the use of memory is needed.

It has Extended RAM, which allows RAM expansion of up to 8GB, and generates simultaneous operation of more than 25 applications in the background. It also has RAM Saver that compresses the size of apps and APP Retainer for background app work. This is combined with the Snapdragon 4 Gen2 processor.

Regarding the design, the vivo V40 SE has a “Titanium Silver” finish that represents the texture of the starry diamond. The diamond-shaped cushion-cut camera, available in dynamic black and titanium silver, gives the phone a modern look. Furthermore, it has a 6.67-inch AMOLED display, a high-gloss metal frame, and a slim body that is only 7.79mm thick. It is worth mentioning that it has IP64 protection.
