Valerie Piau, Vice President of Marketing and New Business for Acer in the EMEA region, discusses the company’s future strategic directions in a number of key sectors. The company aims to strengthen its Predator brand in the gaming sector and consolidate its presence in the premium segments with Swift and AI PC products, collaborating with Intel. It will also continue to promote Chromebooks through a partnership with Google. In new business, which represents 25% of revenue, Acer aims to expand into areas such as mobility and connectivity, and to integrate artificial intelligence into its products to improve marketing strategies and user experience.
