HP launches the new series of HP Envy 6100e and 6500e multifunction printers

HP launches on the market new HP Envy 6100e and Envy 6500e MFP series affordable all-in-one devices that fit every need and feature an intuitive 2.4-inch color touchscreen for smooth navigation.

These are the only ones native ‘true-to-screen’ printers of its kind that accept a wider range of colors and allow the automatic double-sided photo printing, offering the possibility of printing without margin. With a sleek and compact design, both printers are made from 60 percent recycled plastic and delivered in recycled fiber packaging.

These devices can be connect to HP Smart appwhich makes printing from your mobile or laptop very simple. The app also allows you to scan directly with the smartphone’s camera, print documents and photos directly from your mobile, or save time by creating one-touch shortcuts to speed up repetitive tasks.

Likewise, the new Envy 6100e and Envy 6500e are Compatible with HP EvoMore ink cartridges, that generate less waste – halving the carbon footprint – and are capable of printing twice as many pages as a standard cartridge.

AI COMES TO THE PRINTING SECTOR

Another important announcement from the American company is the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence to the printing sector thanks to HP Print AI, offering users a smart printing experience for home, office and large format that helps to “simplify and improve” certain processes.

HP Print AI, Recently announced by the company, it has a first available feature, Perfect Output, which ensures that prints are consistent and accurate at all times. Specifically, eliminates the differences between what you see on the screen and what you want to printreformatting and rearranging content so it fits perfectly on the page right out of the box.

Likewise, thanks to artificial intelligence you can detect unwanted content such as ads and web textprinting only the desired text and images, saving time, paper and ink. “This is our first step to establish a new printing standard,” explained Tuan Tran, president of Imaging, Printing and Solutions at HP, also emphasizing that this AI “will guarantee the protection and privacy of customer data.”

Taking advantage of natural language and contextual knowledge, this technology is capable of remember user preferences or your previous questions, so that customers receive immediate and personalized assistance whenever they need it.
