The purpose of returning to the offices is because Jeff Bezos’ company seeks to promote the culture and values ​​of teamwork, reported the Xataka news page. They claim that teleworking was putting an end to this way of working.

“We have observed that it is easier for our teammates to learn, model, practice and strengthen our culture; collaborating, exchanging ideas and inventing are simpler and more effective; teaching and learning from each other is more fluid; And teams tend to be better connected to each other,” said the Amazon CEO.

They point out in the report that the deadline was set for January 2, however, a Business Insider publication points out that the date could even be postponed by several months in some cases, since the offices are not ready to accommodate so many employees.

The problem is more noticeable in the United States, specifically in the offices located in Atlanta, Houston, Nashville and New York.

It is not the first time that Amazon would have to change the date. It is also not the only company facing this problem. Tesla and SpaceX, owned by billionaire Elon Musk, also face the same situation.
